How to create You tube channel
A YouTube channel is essentially anything you make with the sole intention of getting views, likes, shares and any other number of metrics regarding your content. While many channels are free for videos up to 15 minutes long, a lot of businesses offer subscriptions (usually monthly) for specific shows or types of content to increase that initial paywall. If you want your viewers to subscribe, creating an account at first can be difficult, but once it’s done I would recommend using Canva since it will let you create a channel in just a few clicks (you don’t even need a PayPal account). There are also plenty of tools that can help you build your own channels and share content but if you have enough subscribers on your primary YouTube page then you should get to work building yours without too much trouble.
Before You Start Creating Your Own Channel
Here’s some basic stuff about how to start your own YouTube video creation process. First, find out who your audience is and what type of video they prefer. It’s very helpful for this step to read through all of the comments on existing or potential videos and see where there’s a particular response in mind. That could include things like “You really shouldn’t use this language” or simply more direct feedback within a comment section like “Don’t talk about food in here, it’s unprofessional.” Be sure to take note of topics you want to cover on your new channel and be consistent and focused so people know exactly what to expect when they watch your videos. Lastly, go ahead and think about what your ideal subscriber profile looks like, just in case you’re unsure. Is there someone who knows about one thing yet is able to say different things? Then make sure your video description is clear and concise enough so they know exactly what content you’ll be sharing. When you’ve got everything planned, go into detail with your camera settings, lighting setups, sound levels, audio file type, resolution, etc. Make sure to follow these instructions carefully to ensure you’re filming in low-light situations, and that you won’t run into problems later. Now comes the fun part: starting production! The video itself can either be professionally shot by a videographer using high-tech equipment; filmed yourself or purchased from an affordable camcorder (which has become increasingly popular recently!); edited directly on your computer or uploaded onto another platform such as You tube or Facebook; a music track also works well. All of the above options will result in different results and most users appreciate having their favorite creators to interact with so you’ll likely find yourself working closely with other members of the same community. One option is to film two versions of each segment in two separate locations while editing them together in Final Cut Pro X. For example, maybe a single person needs a haircut and the second version doesn’t capture the look. However, many sites allow everyone with access to their site to upload footage online (for instance, this is a great place to record screencasts!). So then you’ve finally set up your shoot and made all your footage in HD, you’re ready to go. Just make sure you’ve prepared the proper backdrops, props and clothing to go along with your shots. You’ll also need some sort of monitor with multiple input devices to receive your video into its final destination. Remember to give credit to anyone else who created the assets in the first edit (especially if he/she added cool transitions or special effects!). Next set up your audio and video recorder setup just in case something goes awry. With Final Cut pro, you can add dialogue right to recording. If you need to switch to audios, select both inputs (you can click on either option to quickly save those recordings onto disc) then double click the icon for Audios – it opens up the main menu and begins automatically saving the recording onto external storage. Finally, the last step is to grab your microphone and prepare for your actual video shoot. In most cases, this is pretty easy to do. Simply press play or open a random app and start talking in front of a friend at home while holding down the volume button so you get the best quality. Although it’s probably better to record yourself while sitting at a desk.
Once you’re done recording, move your clip to DVD and get to work editing. Many programs come with presets that allow you to format your files for editing. We highly suggest Using Adobe Premiere Rush and Lightroom to produce and review your YouTube video in 3D before publishing it to You tube because they are actually extremely versatile and efficient. Additionally, you can download pre-edited content from websites like Youtube.com and adjust things like color temperature, saturation and brightness. There are numerous guides available on the internet that teach how to improve your video output, but ultimately you’ll be editing your content yourself.
After editing, head over to You tube and insert audio tracks and links that link to your Video Clip after adding text. In fact, a simple way to show off your finished product is by including a call to action such as asking what do people think of your upcoming project? Don’t forget to let them know who sent it, why they did it and their link if they didn’t use it! You can also share custom QR codes so readers will be directed to a special website. They can then enter information about themselves and click through to the creator's website (if applicable) to learn additional details about the video’s subject. So, when people leave their information on your profile, you can collect contact info right here. As you can imagine, this isn’t always possible. At times, it may take longer to gather details than it did for us, especially if you're not using official websites to distribute your creations. Thankfully, you can easily make a Google sheet in Gmail that will keep track of all of the information you’ve gathered and share it with others who may want to follow up and ask more specific questions. Once completed, you can post your video in the correct format to your blog or publication. Whether you decide to release your first episode of a series with friends or sell it through a distributor, you’ve been recognized by the public and now it’s time to get serious. Having a business presence on your personal YouTube channel is essential from day one. It’s important that your followers know they can expect regular video updates about what goes on behind the scenes. Being active on Instagram is a must when promoting various projects and services to attract fans and customers. Since the beginning stages of creating your brand, it was necessary to communicate frequently back to followers about the progress and successes. One of the biggest factors when it comes to engagement with your fans is providing valuable content/information. Why does this matter? Well, you want viewers to discover your videos. To attract viewers, you want to make your videos enticing, fun, informative and engaging. These characteristics resonate with your target demographic because it helps to appeal emotionally and visually to their lifestyles and interests. Most of society (and adults really) love to laugh at themselves so humor and positivity is a fantastic tool to bring. People tend to take pleasure in seeing themselves represented in a positive light, just like dogs do when they feel loved! Use humor throughout your whole video and make sure it's apparent that you're using funny faces and scenarios to show how the majority of your audience identifies with them.
2. Keep Things Short and Straight To The Point
As a rule of thumb, stick to 2 to 4 minutes of entertainment per hour. This gives viewers ample time to enjoy the video and absorb the message without feeling rushed.
